Hi, My name is Kelly Gauer, I own a company called Addicted to Hair. We sell marketing classes and tools to hair salons. We pay 100% commission salary, however, the commission is 40% per sale. Our goal as a company is to help hairstylist build their business through alternative marketing and awesome service! If you are not interested in commission only, just try working with us while you continue to look for another job.
We are currently looking for highly passionate people who want to love what they do. Typically we do a 10 minute presentation in a salon or school and then take orders. We have a 100% success rate on selling at least one class ticket per appointment.
As part of the job, you will attend a brief monthly sales meeting. This is the only required time you have to work. We have only one piece of paperwork involved with the job, and they stylist fills in out. We have conference calls and Monthly Performance Evaluations for those employees who need that to focus. We are completly laid back, we love what we do and we want you to as well.
